Everyone is in a great mood and the bands always rise to the occasion. The best nights at The Cap for me have been the Phil Lesh & Friends Halloween and other New Year's Eve shows. The theater is literally jumping with energy, and everyone is dancing throughout the building. "By far, the most fun shows to work are the Phil Lesh shows.
